1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing chorusx.co, app.chorusx.co, or booking any service through Chorus X, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of Chorus X.

2. About Chorus X

Chorus X is a premium mobile auto detailing service operating in Austin, TX and the Connecticut/Rhode Island area. We provide professional detailing services at your location — home, office, or wherever your vehicle is parked.

Our booking platform at app.chorusx.co allows customers to schedule services, manage their vehicles, and track their service history.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Chorus X account and book services. By using our platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Accounts

Creating an account: You may register using your email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, phone number, service address, and vehicle details. Inaccurate information may affect service pricing or availability.

Account security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@chorusx.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Booking and Services

Booking requests: All bookings submitted through our platform are requests subject to confirmation by a Chorus X team member. You will receive a confirmation via email and SMS once your booking is approved.

Pricing: Service pricing is based on your vehicle size class and selected package. Prices displayed on our platform are accurate at the time of booking but may be subject to change. You will always see the confirmed price before your booking is finalized.

Service area: We currently service addresses in Austin, TX and the Connecticut/Rhode Island area. Bookings outside these areas will not be accepted. Your service location is automatically detected based on your registered address.

Vehicle access: You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible at the confirmed service address on the scheduled date and time. If your vehicle is inaccessible upon arrival, we reserve the right to charge a trip fee.

Add-ons: Additional services selected at checkout (ceramic sealant, engine bay detail, headlight restoration, etc.) will be added to your total at the prices shown.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booking at any time before the scheduled service via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us at hello@chorusx.co.

Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Chorus X cancellations: In the event we need to cancel your booking due to weather, technician availability, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a confirmed booking using the reschedule link provided in your booking emails. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

7. Membership

Chorus X membership (where available) provides benefits including waived travel fees and member pricing. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Membership is non-transferable and limited to the account holder.

8. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of service or as specified during booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

9. Satisfaction

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@chorusx.co and we will make it right.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose

• Provide false information about yourself or your vehicle

• Attempt to circumvent our booking or payment systems

• Harass, threaten, or abuse Chorus X team members

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

• Use automated tools to scrape or access our platform without permission

11. Intellectual Property

All content on chorusx.co and app.chorusx.co — including logos, text, images, and software — is owned by Chorus X and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chorus X services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our detailing services, the availability of our platform, or the accuracy of any information provided.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We recommend documenting the condition of your vehicle prior to service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chorus X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chorus X, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Chorus X after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
